This Saturday, Sophomore Addy Boss and Junior Katie Hester, represented the Chargers at the 2A Kansas powerlifting meet in Hoyt. These two power houses helped their team to finish 5th out of 21 other teams. Congratulations Ladies! Let's Go Chargers!!!

We invite you to a wonderful night of art and music on April 30! Come early at 5:00 PM to explore student art displays and join in on fun art projects.
At 6:00 PM, our KG, 1st, and 2nd graders will take the stage in the LC Gym for their Spring Concert. Students should wear their favorite spring attire and meet on the risers at 5:55 PM. The performance will wrap up around 6:20 PM, but the art show and activities will remain open until 7:00 PM for everyone to enjoy!

The Kansas Scholastic State Chess Championship was held at Emporia State University on Saturday, March 14, 2026. Lincoln Central Elementary was represented this year by two players in the K-5 division. There were 90 players in the K-5 Section - Lane Ferguson medaled in 24th place. Eliza Jones medaled in 82nd place. Additionally, Coach Ryan Hizey was named Executive Director of the Kansas Scholastic Chess Association. Congratulations to all. Go Chargers!!!

Representing CMHS - Aubrianna Bennett, Brejaya Hopkins, Leah Wilson, Maddie McClelland, Remedy Hopkins. The Band is under the direction of Mr. Tad Lafferty. Go Chargers!
