A post 40 years in the making - On this date in 1985, Steve Lain began working for USD 447 as a member of our custodial staff. Today marks the official anniversary of his start date all those years ago. Congratulations, Steve on your milestone and as the longest serving active member of the USD 447 staff! Thank you for all you do and have done for the Charger community for 40 years!

Christmas Program for Thayer Schools is December 15th. This program will be a musical by 3rd-5th grade. Middle school choir and band will perform as well. K-2nd will perform a larger scale program in the spring!

Body Venture visits USD 447 Cherryvale Thayer Schools: Elementary students from Lincoln Central and Thayer have a great opportunity to learn about the human digestive system and the importance of good nutrition and a healthy diet today.
